Fierce for accounting

More time for your clients.Less time moving their numbers.

Bring the ledger, the supporting documents and the follow-ups into one workflow. Move routine work towards review, with the questions and evidence ready for your team.

Eight jobs your firm knows by heart.Less work between each step.

Explore how Fierce can bring preparation, checking and follow-up together. From the first missing receipt to the final workpaper, your team stays responsible for the decisions.

Prepare the IAS

Wages checked. Workpaper prepared.Your team makes the final call.

Bring payroll, ledger reports and the ATO statement together. Surface differences before review, then keep the sign-offs with the workpaper.

Reconcile bank feeds

Transactions matched to the evidence. The odd ones come to you.

Match the bank feed to invoices, bills and receipts. Keep uncertain coding and unexplained differences in a review queue, not hidden in the ledger.

Collect monthly expenses

Receipts gathered and matched.Missing paperwork gets a follow-up.

Turn a month of attachments into a reviewable expense file. Keep the receipt, the transaction and the question together.

Follow up overdue invoices

The right reminder, at the right time.In your client's own voice.

Keep receivables moving without chasing invoices that have already been paid. Disputes and payment arrangements go to a person.

Prepare the BAS

A BAS pack ready for review. With the questions already raised.

Gather the period's reports, check the GST treatment and bring the supporting evidence into one place. Your registered practitioner reviews the return before lodgment.

Onboard a new client

A new client. A complete starting file.Less chasing before the first job.

Bring the engagement, access requests and opening records into one checklist. Know what's ready and who's holding the next step.

Prepare the weekly digest

The client week, brought together.Ready for the partner's next call.

Bring open questions, approaching deadlines and recent decisions into a short brief. Each point leads back to the source.

Prepare year-end workpapers

Balances brought back to their sources.Review notes stay with the workpaper.

Build the year-end file from the ledger and supporting schedules. Keep missing evidence and proposed adjustments visible until your team resolves them.

Client context

The client file comes first.Ledger, documents and the latest instructions.

Give each job the records it needs, within the access your firm approves. Keep the source close to the work so a reviewer can see where a figure or instruction came from.

Review queue

A difference worth your attention. With both sources attached.

See what's holding the job, why it needs review and who owns the next step. Resolve the question before the work moves on.

Integrations

Start with the tools your firm runs.Build around the way you work.

Talk to us about your ledger, tax software and document store. We'll map the connections and approval steps needed for your first workflow.

No. The aim is to bring work across your existing systems into a defined process: gather the information, run the checks and put the right questions in front of your team. We scope the connections around your practice.

The early IAS implementation prepares the workpaper and supports an Access Tax test lodgment after staff review. Actual lodgment remains with an authorised person. BAS is a planned workflow, not a claim of automatic lodgment today.

The job pauses with the conflicting sources attached. Your team investigates, corrects the information or requests more evidence before the workflow continues. An unexplained difference is not treated as a successful reconciliation.

A workflow has defined steps, required evidence and review points. Fierce records its progress and brings decisions back to the people responsible. AI-generated work can still be wrong; checks and review are part of the process, not an optional extra.

That depends on the agreed deployment and the services used by the workflow, including model providers. We'll work through hosting, access, data flows and retention with your firm before client information is connected. The workflow alone does not establish regulatory compliance.

Bring us the job that holds the month up.Let's work through it together.

See the IAS approach, talk through your practice's tools and find a sensible first workflow. Clear steps. Visible evidence. Your team in control.
